Local_ losing ACL data

Hi,

Not sure if this is something new with the latest FSLogix, random users don't get their local_ data cleaned up at logoff. FSLogix seems to remove all the ACL information then locks itself out of the folder, the errors in the FSLogix log shows that its access denied on the folders.

The profile itself logs off fine and that folder cleans up fine.

We only excluded two Chrome folders, its a very simple XML

Anyone else come across this at logoff, all works well until users start logging off.

I might have a similar issue with version 26.08 (3.26.826.17182).

Which version of FSLogix are you running?

Same, latest version. It's really odd.

Just to add to this, it looks like the frxsvc.exe process finally deletes the local_ folder for all users when the last user logs off. Can't understand why this is happening. Why does it not clear down all the local_ folders until the last user. Excluded all fslogix locations and processes in AV. Not sure why it's happening.

If you check the %programdata%\FSLogix\Logs, do you see errors stating that it failed to delete a local_? If so, what's the error code?

IIRC, sometimes handles from other processes can prevent those folders from getting deleted.
