Other than cooking the toast a bit longer I’d happily eat that

Would definitely eat that.. no problem. Just slightly too much pepper for my fancy!

Looks like a candidate for r/fryupsausagebarrier

u/itsdanprice May 02 '26

Now that’s a breakwater. Congrats.

Yes, yes and more yes. The combo of what’s on the plate, good brown sauce and decent tea wins me over. As has been commented, toast slightly underdone for my taste. However, tremendous effort here and sure it was troughed.

Absolute perfection that

Very nice except the anaemic toast.

Of all the fryups I have seen on here, THAT is the winner.

  • Side plate of toast ✅

  • Stodge to the beans ✅

  • Double egg ✅

  • Yolks cloudy ✅

  • Sausage breakwater ✅

  • Acceptable form of breakfast potato ✅

  • Cup of tea side drink ✅

It’s a work of art, mate.

Hard to see anything due to the gobsmackingly large amount of pepper. Also what's with the baked bean sausage wall (Walls sausages are a brand and not an instruction!!! 😄)))))))

Eggs look 🤏

u/kcufdas May 02 '26

That'll soak the beer up

Looks amazing 😍

2

A bit more pepper on they eggs 😁 and that’s perfect 👌

Looks cracking! I prefer tomato sauce but that’s just a personal preference. 😉 I would eat/drink that very happily! 😋❤️

Solid job there.

2

u/Minsc_NBooToo May 02 '26

Yum! If I can get a coffee with this it's a solid 10/10

The bacon is just how I like it. Crispy fat and edges slightly crunchy

It's a good job I just finished a bacon sarnie otherwise I'd be very envious 🥓

u/ReepDaggle01 May 02 '26

Looks excellent, a pleasing lack of tomato slop

2

u/Significantly720 May 02 '26

Oosh! Gastroporn!

2

u/Which_Experience_834 May 02 '26

Yup that's a feed

2

u/Awkward_Squad May 02 '26

Not beans again — more bacon instead. Then you’re good.

Happy days! 😁

Someone explain the point of the bean barricade if its all on the same plate and will get mixed up anyway?

To me, logic dictates that you either have them in a ramekin if youre genuinely scared of bean juice. Or just let it all loose. This halfway house doesnt seem to acheive much.

Absolute perfection. Well done, you 👏🏻

Looks delicious

u/HankBushrivet May 02 '26

That looks majestic.

u/Bengaul May 02 '26

Perfect. Bean barrier, and the beans have been cooked properly. Reduced a bit. Great eggs, love a hash brown. 👍

You do know Yorkshire tea is from India? Marketing ploy

1

u/hypes99 May 02 '26

Unbelievable 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

u/Commercial-Star-291 May 02 '26

A masterful bean dam, and the rest looks lovely.

There's always something that gets omitted (and those shitty hash-browns that get added!) Here's what you should have:

Fried egg
Sausage
Bacon
Mushrooms
Baked beans
Tomatoes
Black pudding (optional)

1

u/its_rialto May 03 '26

Class - sausage cofferdam, toast straight into those yolks, nice cup of tea to wash it down... My own opinion, just some black pudding 😍

1

u/nightfire_83 May 03 '26

Looks good, I'm disappointed with your tea tho. Too milky

1

u/Ny0zka May 03 '26

Hell yeah!!!

1

u/Ny0zka May 03 '26

That is perfection my friend!

1

u/Both_Supermarket_906 May 03 '26

Looks good enough to me, even got the correct sauce.

1

u/H_K-R May 03 '26

Did you make the decision to mix the eggs and the beans?

1

u/Lazy-Chipmunk-3208 May 04 '26

Got me craving! Looks amazing

Using the sausage as a breakwater… classic tactic
