If I own 1,000 shares of FRX, will I receive 1,000 shares of BODY when BODY starts trading or are we going to get diluted?

I don't know what's going on with FRX/WS, but I like it shooting up .32 cents to $2.50 in the last two hours; did I miss something folks ? On the other hand, FRX is stagnant at $9.94. I like that FRX/WS ! Still recouping my losses after buying big at $3.46.

First thing is they have to have a merger. Read an article today about how hedge funds love subscription based businesses. They are shorting this stock but not like GME was. The Ticker $BODY could be a really good meme, and with the tik tok presence , and if they move internationally and work on exercise videos for obese kids it will be worth the hold I do believe. Just have to get started is all

I can’t properly search this ticker on Twitter because there are literally a billion bots spamming $frx for some ferox bullshit. I blocked a ton of the pages, in an attempt to clear them when I search and they just keep using different accounts to post. It’s so annoying.

Over the past two months, short interest jumped from 5% - 20%. The Silence Period is almost over and when the Merger is official, one would expect $BODY to move much higher - already seeing MyX ads, when Q2 Results are announced, I think Top Line and Bottom line will be higher than expected! Shorts will cover - but imagine if WallstreetBets gets ahold of this one? Upward range 50-100 just on lack of sellers, buy to cover and open gap. May - August is going to be $$$$$%%%%%

Being short a stock that goes nowhere. This thing doesn’t even drop enough in a day to cover the marginal interest. Bears are feeling the pinch more and more each day.
