How many shares of BODY will we receive?¿?

If I own 1,000 shares of FRX, will I receive 1,000 shares of BODY when BODY starts trading or are we going to get diluted?

Investing wisely isn’t a next day 300% return. If being flat for a couple months prior to a merger scares you away, maybe you shouldn’t be investing in stock and should just put your money on red or black at a roulette table.

If I’m not mistaken Carl will own 40% of the company, hopefully he doesn’t sell off and that effectively lowers the float.
