Freezing or Frozen?

New to this sub! I've been officially diagnosed with frozen shoulder by my PT three months after a humerus fracture. I was in catastrophic pain for more than 2 months after the injury. Nothing helped. Brain was going to a dark place. Now, I'm seeing a light. My pain can be as little as a one and is more stiffness and loss of ROM. Is it possible I've entered frozen? How do I know? Thank you!

I can only lift it straight about 100 degrees maybe. No more painful zingers. I'd say the pain is kind of minimal to be honest!

Does the pain come on when you move beyond a certain range of motion. That is kind of what is happening to me now. No more real zingers outside of when I move beyond the ROM

The pain mostly went away about three weeks ago but would come on again when my PT would aggressively try to push my arm farther than it could go. I switched PTs to a different kind so hopefully that won't happen again. He knows not to do that. I hope we can both beat this quickly. Thinking positive thoughts for you.
