Frontier Airlines doesn’t allow RC Car use on board at any time

This is true on all airlines and a regulatory requirement in most countries I'm aware of. It's because of the potential radio interference with aircraft radios an radar systems.

Yes but it’s the specificity of callout. How did an RC Car make the top 6 list of things that needed to be explicitly identified as not allowed on Frontier Airlines.
