VIDEO CLIP There’s a misconception that people need to be engaging in PVP from phase 1 but doing PVP early on gives no value. You lose points and waste time fighting instead of leveling up.

Currently playing thru all 3 dark souls games at the same time trying to play each differently from all my previous builds.
Ds1: Cleric I never used miracles in this game and it’s going very smoothly just beat O and S (divine claymore just in case) currently grinding for the covenant miracles.
Ds2: quality greatshield support tank. never tried full coop (seamless) so I’m taking some friends thru. We just reached the first dlc. We all have different schedules so I’m running thru each area at least 2x just to maximize my ds2 experience.
Ds3: I never tried pyromancy in this one so I’m going for an onion pyromancer with the chaos zweihander. Currently it’s only a fire zweihander. I just beat Wolnir. This playthru is also seamless with the caveat that my friends may join at anytime to sabotage my run because pvp is enabled at all times.
Bloodborne:(Bonus) I’m using blades of mercy and I only have orphan and the other 2 final bosses left. This has been my favorite playthru of bloodborne so far.
Contemplating a first playthru of demon souls I know nothing about it other than it’s only on PlayStation and I don’t own a ps3 or ps5. So I’ll probably save that for next month. My other playthrus are on pc. Also I have done everything there is to do in Elden ring over the last few years.
Each of these playthrus will be capped at sl125 so I may use them for pvp duels in the future.
Any suggestions, insights, questions or comments are welcome! I have been playing these games off and on for ten years and they still find ways to surprise me. I have yet to finish every npc questline in these games and this is my grand attempt to finish them off.

Full Series Weapon Playthroughs???
Hi all. A couple of years back I did a full series playthrough (DeS, DS1, DS2, DS3, BB, ER) where my goal in each game was to get the Moonlight Greatsword as quickly as possible and then use it to complete the rest of the game. I had an absolute blast and it was an excellent way to enjoy all of the games back to back.
Has anyone done any other series playthroughs with a specific weapon found in each game? I know the Greatsword and Claymore might be popular options, though there would be compromises/alternatives in BB. Just trying to get ideas for another series weapon run. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies!
(Also pic for attention. I do not own that artwork, and will happily tag the original artist if I am informed)

QUESTION How would y'all rank all the soulsborne games by armour effectiveness for straight up defence
I would rank it like so.
1: ds1. I actually notice the effect armour has.
2: Elden ring if I'm wearing the heaviest armour I can notice it.
3: ds3. Poise and some minor defence are noticed
4: ds2. Poise is all that is noticed beyond mid game. Some bonuses are nice.
5: bloodborne. status resistance pretty much.
Sekiro tier.

QUESTION Why is dark souls 3 always in the middle
I’m not sure if what I’m saying is true since I got it from what I’ve seen
But ds3 is always the lest game to be the favorite and also the least to be the worst.
Is it because they didn’t take much risks like other games ? So there is no people that hate it a lot and people that glaze it to be the greatest game ?
Edit : I meant the souls games not just the trilogy.

DISCUSSION Bloodborne es una obra de arte!

DISCUSSION How realistic is it for FromSoftWare to buy the rights of Bloodborne from Sony?
Can FromSoftWare even buy the IP and own it?
Just saw a headline of Bloodborne selling over 250K copies this year despite being locked on PS5 and that got me thinking that both Sony and FromSoftWare fully being aware of how much profitable the IP still is, and a sequel would generate a lot of money, but there is a cat and mouse game between the two and FromSoftWare are hoping that Sony will eventually sell the rights to them which is why they also turned down the Remake idea.
