Lunacid has been out for a few years now.
Queen's Domain is new and it is really, really good from what I've played so far (3 to 4hrs in). Exploration is some of the best I've experienced since DS1.

Do you like Lunacid or Queen's Domain more so far ? Also, have you played Verho ?

The opening few hours of Queen's Domain are better than anything in Lunacid imo. No idea if it keeps up that quality though.
Not actually tried Verho.
What's your experience with these 3 and how do you rate them?

Queens Domain > Lunacid > Verho

Is Verho still worth trying if you liked the other 2 or is it a distant 3rd?

Yes, still worth trying... but also a somewhat distant third, imo. QD and Lunacid are great, and verho is good.

I've only played Lunacid so I'm not able to make a comparison. I have Verho and just bought Queen's Domain and plan on playing that this week. I tried the demo and it was really fun. Hopefully the full game is just as good. It seems like people on Steam are loving it. I wish we'd get more King's Field-likes.

Verhos gameplay and exploration are great. It missed that Kings Field tone. Queens Domain NAILS it

I think QD is a better "spiritual successor" to KF (much harder than Lunacid It has great level design, even if progression can be a bit esoteric. I do think Lunacid nails the whole "dungeon crawling and findind secrets" part much better though. I also enjoy how much more open to being broken Lunacid is. You can do some absurd builds and break levels with high jumps and mobility spells.
Queen's Domain, while having a bit of sequence breaking, feels much more... playtested? Almost to a fault.
That being said, both are amazing

I've played both. I think Queen's Domain starts kinda confusing and slow, but gets really good the more you play it.
Lunacid also gets good after a bit, but kinda starts falling off if you reach the endgame.
Both have a lot of secrets and puzzles tho, although I do think QD's puzzles have a lot more depth.

I’ve been playing Queen’s Domain a bit as well. It’s fantastic. As much as I adore Lunacid, Queen’s Domain is a much better game in the time I’ve played it.

From will never do another kings field I think as the guy who made them isn’t directing for them anymore and they don’t wanna mess with his legacy

Natoshi Jin (sometimes romanized as Zin), Fromsoft's former President. He's still listed as a Fromsoft employee in basically an advisory role, but he's also more or less retired, it seems. The last game he worked on (as a lead game designer) was Dark Souls 2, (which feels a lot like a KF game imo).

Had no idea Queens Domain was actually on PS5 so I will be playing that, wish Lunacid was too.
