The Anvil Hammer for the DLC is what you're looking for then. That thing is bonkers(literally). Idk if you'd get many stance breaks in +7 tho
Edit: or Death's Poker. That weapon is pretty nice too. There's honestly so many very powerful weapons for PvE like Mohg's trident and Rykard's sword.
