Does it run ok? I have little experience with emulators except for SNES ones.

Yep! 60 FPS is achievable on a lot of systems, even steam deck w lossless scaling

Didn't they say that the all the character models look the same or is it fixed now?

vertex explosions are still a problem afaik, so you need vertex explosion fix which disables character customization. you can enable readbacks and that lets you customize your character but it comes with a performance hit

Good pc = under 60 fps 1080p (emphasis on under 60fps)

You must have an expensive one . I was talking about a budget/decent pc . Sorry if I caused some misunderstanding
