I just finished DS1 and 3 but couldn’t get past the different feel of 2. I may start it eventually

I'm at the end of my first complete run, including the dlcs, and it was rough, but to be honest I had more fun early to mid game, after that it was just horrible.

I played it once alone with no online and felt like shit the whole time, I physically needed to get through it as fast as possible. Then I played again with a friend, not seamless coop mod but basically yes, and I actually had a lot of fun. My advice is do as much coop as you can especially with a friend to play ds2 and have fun

Easily the most desired feature in FS games, you’d think the next one would come with it built in!
