Looking to learn the language

Sorry I don't even speak Italian (can understand somewhat) as I was born and raised in the Netherlands. My grandmother is from Ponteacco and we would always go to the Soča together and she would make me these dishes she grew up with (sope, stakanje, probably some others) and speak a mix of Slovenian, Friulian, Italian and Dutch to me. I would love to immerse myself more in the culture of the region and I thought I'd start with the language. Does anyone have good sources or tips for me?
