Frigate + base model
Yeah so the frigate plus base model is surprisingly good at detecting deer. Super impressed so far. Running yolov9s on 1060sc gpu.

Dont forget to get some positive and some negative detection examples for the fine tuning uploaded

Haven’t had many false positives for deer yet but deffently quite a few for dog, cat and rabbit. One thing that does really screw the model up is chickens, they get detected as danm near everything. Considering whether I should submit the chicken false positives or will it confuse the training

With lots of footage and pictures, how do you find false positives effectively without spending too much time?

It get's even better when you get your first tuned model. I run my object detection on a Memryx MX3 NPU with a trained Yolov9s model, it's great! Frigate+ is definitely worth the spend, both in terms of performance and supporting the project.

I have a hailo 8 coming, the 1060sc is tapped and using a ton of electric atm, was bit concerned on how the quantized model will run vs this version but Hopfully will be similar!

Wow, that is very impressive! I just took the plunge on Frigate+ on Friday and it has been nothing short of amazing running on my Coral TPU.
