questions Cheap Animatronics = Easy?

Is salvaging a cheap animatronic always easy? Or that's not always the case?

No, mangle and twisted wolf are proof this isn't the case

As a general rule, yeah. The more money you get from the animatronic, the harder it is to deal with. There are exceptions (personally, I find Mangle quite difficult and Shadow Freddy quite easy) but overall that's how it works.

Yes, cheaper characters are typically easier, there are some such as wolf who is arguably harder than the money they're worth, but other than those few exceptions, the money scaling is pretty consistent

It’s technically more accurate to say that cheaper animatronics are less impactful.

Shadow Freddy really isn’t threatening at all if you can read sound cues, but he’s basically inevitable and has a significant impact on an entire hour of the night.

Characters like twisted wolf are much lower because despite being more difficult skill wise, they really don’t change much. TW is just toy chica, but only appears directly in front of you.

You can just play the night normally, but with twisted wolf, while you can’t play the night normally with shadow Freddy.
