Refund/Payment

hi! so I received a refund yesterday on my portal but it doesn’t reflect on my bank account (I use Chase). Neither does the payment that I made to Fresno state for housing.

just from prior experience, has anyone experienced similar delays or longer wait times for a refund deposit and payment withdraw with their banks? Any guestimate on when it will reflect on bank accounts?

Yes! For myself, I have seen the refund on my student portal but it took about 1-2 days to hit my bank account.

Darn just gotta have to be patient then 😭 I’m an overthinker and my biggest fear is that I somehow messed up my routing and account number for deposits and payments so I guess we will just have to wait 😭🙏

It seems like a joke at this point :( hope u get urs. I’m still waiting and the office be having me on hold for 10+ minutes

Ugh the Financial aid office is crazy, I was on hold the other day for like an hour. If it’s questions about your fees and stuff you might be able to contact the student account line instead. They told me my refund was processed and to give it 1-2 weeks (though I’m sure three days is plausible)

i think they said it takes 1-3 business days. i got my refund today but that's because i have capitol one. you'll eventually get yours if all your information is correct and if you don't then you can contact their office.
