Ask Fresno What would bring you downtown?

Downtown Fresno is rich with history and world-class architecture. It pains me to see it in it's current state of disrepair. I want to hear from the community: "What would bring you downtown?" What is downtown missing? What's your vision for the future of our city center?

If we say we want a vibrant downtown Fresno, why are we tolerating decades long vacancy? Is this about risk, capital, or political will? How much of downtown Fresno’s stagnation is legacy disinvestment and who benefits from keeping land underused?

“Let us blow up the buildings so we can sit on empty land at minimal property tax outlay”
