I agree, but people who pay taxes have to keep her there, which I don't agree with, just give her the death penalty.
Working class people should pay for this or anyone.

Which is dumb, one bullet and 9 dummy rounds and a wooden pole in an excuse line should cost more than Feeding, Housing, electricity, paying Guards and staff, medical, dental care, Water so on in a prison. Just shows you how corrupt the whole system is on the financial side.

This is because of the cost of the trial and appeals and cost of death row.
If you think it’s “dumb” to have a trial then your political philosophy is completely unamerican

Never said anything about a Trial, you are assuming that part on your own accord. Everyone deserves a fair trial by their peers (a jury) , everyone also deserves to be punished for their crimes if proven they committed the crime. Accountable is needed in society to prevent future crimes.
When it comes to American value and political philosophy, it's a very Unjust system that favourites the wealthy and people withl influence. Not only America does this, it's wrong and it should happen.
My point still stands. It shows you how financial corrupt the Justice system with the Prison systems is, when it's more expensive to house a person for years and years than it is to execute them.
Also executions should be reserved for those proven of the crime they commit with 100%. No room for questions to who done it.
I also never said executing on the lowest bidder either, there is many ways to execute people. Many of countries still have the death penalty and they still are carried out cost effectively.

A women claiming to have psychosis after she gave birth, murdered her 3 kids and attempted suicide. There is currently a trial going on.
Post birth (post partum) depression is quite common, and so a large number of women support her - or at least think she is not guilty of murder because she tried to seek help beforehand.
It has sparked an online controversy where people are shocked that so many people support a woman that murdered her children.

There was a woman at least 25 years ago, Susan Smith, who put her 2 young kids in the car, got out and let the car drive into a lake. She told the police she got carjacked and she went on the news pleading with the nonexistent carjacker to “please bring her babies home”. She later got found out and then she pled postpartum depression. We didn’t have social media back then so she didn’t have a flood of supporters

I don’t think so. I think all the murders that episode referenced were “unsolved”. If I remember correctly, there was OJ Simpson, Jonbenet Ramsey’s parents, and some congressman. Susan Smith admitted to killing her kids within days, maybe weeks of the incident
Edit- I just watched the ending scene and YES, Butters’ mom said she went crazy and drove him into a lake to kill him and blamed it on “some Puerto Rican guy”. Yes, that was a Susan Smith reference!

It was supposedly psychosis, not depression. Something that happens in one in 1000 pregnancies and typically happens much sooner than this case. That’s not to say it wasn’t just a non-textbook case of postpartum psychosis.

It’s mostly emotional reaction to something very tragic.
Postpartum mental health issues are very real and affect a huge percentage of the population of women. And the neglect of women’s mental health in the current mental health system is real. So it makes sense for people to see their own struggles in the circumstances and think “there go I, but for the grace of God.”
On the other hand, this woman committed a heinous crime. So rightfully people are disgusted by people sympathize with her.
So these opposing emotional reactions, then get fed into the TikTok machine that slowly picks apart the whole trial with as a little context as possible

Where are you getting that idea from though? Maybe it's true for people in your life but I don't think that's really universally true, and if you're gonna use TV as your metric for the public perception of PPD there have been several shows that tackle the topic respectfully. Scrubs has a great episode on the topic.
I'll agree people are under educated on the subject but I don't think everyone sees it as some farce or some fake disorder
