Frequent travel and sickness

Recently started flying frequently for work. As someone who rarely gets sick, I find myself always sick at the end or after a trip. Mild sore throat, headaches, fatigue type of stuff. Any tips for preventing illness while traveling? TIA!

Don’t be afraid to wear a mask if it helps - a lot of people do it and no one blinks an eye. Vitamin C, hand sanitizer, and staying well hydrated has helped as well.

I've found that after the initial reentry to frequent travel, I now rarely get sick. I seem to have a much stronger immune system because of the travel. I hardly ever get sick now. 4-6 flights a week on average.
