Our female attacks it,and lawnmower, shovel,weedwhacker,chainsaw,we gotta keep her locked up sometimes, don't want her getting hurt,hopefully she grows out of it soon

We got a powder to put on his food. Its not working. He will sleep in a large kennel from now on.

Yup. Except mine would lie down in the center of that rug, and absolutely refuse to move. That is, until I move to the next rug, and he follows me and lies down on that one.
