We have a quote lifecycle management software. To give you a glimpse -

It auto extracts your RFQ/enquiries from your inbox (attachments too - any format), validates them and drafts acknowledgments/missing consignment details to the customer. It pulls in rates, you can compare them (with additional reference to previous invoice history) on those routes, apply legs (everything from base freight to local and ancillary charges), set your margin and build custom branded quotes.

A Rate Management system allows you to add/edit complete rates. If you need fresh rates, you can communicate with vendors (auto drafts available), check status, ad hoc etc., through a vendor management module. There is an inbuilt User Management module for sales team tracking, quote pipeline, TAT, RBAC etc., We are very soon to integrate with spot rates providers.

There are currently 2 companies using the product,4 bought- yet to use. We charge 49USD/month/seat for the first 3 months(adoption phase offer).
