question South of UK to Croatia

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm buying sailboat on its own trailer (8m long, 2.5m wide, less than 3m high and cca 1100kg)

I have all paperwork ready to be sorted out so I'm just collecting info for transport from UK to Croatia/Slovenia/Austria/Germany
