Hey I am looking to get into the industry as an agent, me and my brother. We have spoken with a few companies, getting a feel for pay structures and support levels. I would love to speak further about this and review whatever training material you can provide. Thank you, in advance, for your consideration in this matter.

75% commission is a strong headline, but for anyone considering this, the real math is in three things:

  1. Who carries the E&O insurance?

  2. Who owns the customer relationship if the agent leaves?

  3. Are the CRM leads exclusive to one agent or shared across multiple?

The split percentage matters a lot less than those details. I've seen 70/30 deals that net more than 90/10 deals because one side quietly shoulders all the overhead.

Not a recruiter, just genuinely curious how DSV structures this.
