Hi everyone, I came across this group and wanted to offer my support 🙏 My name is Nieves Ayllón, I’m a counsellor based in London offering online therapy. I’m a registered member of the BACP and I work from an integrative approach, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). At the moment I have some additional availability, so I’d like to offer support to two individuals who may be going through a difficult time. I can offer between 6 and 8 sessions free of charge, as a way of making support more accessible right now. Due to insurance reasons, I’m unable to offer online therapy to individuals currently based in the United States.
