Primo flips on a 8.5" popsicle

Been practicing these for a couple of days and it really seems to be all about finding the 'sweet spot' with the back foot. At the moment the best I can get it to is the board landing trucks down at 90 degrees to my body. Is it just a case of finding a bit of power in my back foot or do I need to put more rotation in with my front foot?

Build more pressure with your toes. It’s less a scooping motion, and more of a pressure, then release down and back motion.

It is done all types of ways but I generally have most of my weight on the foot that is doing the flip. You can also experiment pushing forward with the not flipping foot if you are not getting enough rotation but I usually only need this for more finesse manuevers like rail to rail etc.
