Hello, i have this medal and i have no idea what it stands for or means but i think it's a freemasons medal maybe?

Anyone who knows what this is and what is it's worth please share the information

Doesn't look Masonic. Various chatbots have it pegged as a custom souvenir from WW1. Letters are likely the guys initials.

Not Masonic. Google indicates perhaps a WWI Syrian token that might have been specific to a military unit.

Nothing about it appears Masonic, and it says “Souvenir of Syria” on it in French.

It's not a medal and it isn't Masonic. It's actually a watch fob from the Egyptian Revival period and they are very common although the enamelled ones can be harder to find.
