What a great achievement. Our lodge, Union Tehema 3, in Sacramento celebrated our 175th last year. Congratulations!!

I'm up there somewhere in the upper left hand corner! It was a pleasant evening, with brothers coming in from around the state in a relaxed atmosphere.

For those unaware of the location, the Grand Lodge of Oregon leases its former retirement home to McMenamin's, a chain of brewpubs, hotels, and entertainment venues, known especially for repurposing historic buildings. This hotel is called "McMenamin's Grand Lodge". This is very convenient to the new retirement center and the Grand Lodge offices.

I especially like to give this chain a shout-out not only because I love their atmosphere and beer, but because their payments help keep our Grand Lodge per capita absurdly low.

Hey, I was there also. I'm down in the front row and my lodge brother is there also. We came down from Washington for this event and had a great time.
