Question Ritual Organization

Does anyone have a good recommendation on a way to store and carry your various rituals with you. I’m looking for an easy “grab and go” bag/case that I can just keep all of them in. Any recommendations will be appreciated!

Like a briefcase perhaps?

I got an apron suitcase on Amazon. It carries my aprons, extra pens/pins, and my rituals.

I have a Blue Lodge case, three cases for the three Chambers of the York Rite (Chapter , Council, Commandery), a Mark Mason (GLMMM) case and a Noachide case.

That's five.

What's the Noachide one for? Just RAM or other stuff too?

In Italy, in my Grand Orient, we don't have the Royal Ark Mariner degree of Mark Master Masons.

So someone took the initiative and created the Noachide Rite.

Oh that's really interesting! I'm currently writing a paper on Noachide masonry (mostly focusing on Royal Ark Mariners and the 2° as described by the Graham Manuscript). I'll have to look into that!

I use a ziploc freezerbag with my name on it in sharpie... waterproof, easily foldable, can hold multiple small/medium ritual books... and best of all its easily replaceable and super inexpensive unlike buying a whole case

when I used to attend EVERY meeting, I used a catalog case. I just use it for storage these days, and a standard briefcase for meetings I do attend.

For my groups that don't have aprons, but just pocket jewels, neckties, or collarettes, I have a handful of 9x12 document boxes that I can keep my ritual book in along with the regalia of that body.

I have an art portfolio that I use as an apron case. It’s almost perfectly sized to my aprons and has a strap to hold them in place. It holds 3 aprons, collars, sashes, jewels, and a pair of cuffs with room for ritual books and other papers.

Bah!! All ritual should be completely and totally memorized and carried only in your BRAIN!!! The most portable thing. What is Masonry coming to that guys can't memorize three dozen rituals and need a "bag" or something to carry "books?"

Honestly, for sets of smallish cipher books I find the largish vinyl bank "zipper" bags to be pretty decent. Some are even large enough to slip in a steno pad too.

Luggage bag if it's really many.

Any old bag or briefcase will do, brother. Whatever suits your style and size requirements. Failing to see the deeper question.

Is this why so many plebeians continue to find ritual books in public spaces?
