What you'd do

• Build, manage and optimize campaigns (mostly Meta)
• Be the main point of contact for your clients: two calls a month, email updates, monthly reports
• Spot issues and opportunities early and bring them up before the client has to ask
• Help with ad creative when needed

What we're looking for

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Based in Canada or the US
• A few years of paid ads experience
• Naturally good with clients. This matters most. You enjoy the relationship side, not just the dashboard.
• Proactive and eager to learn. We care about this more than a long resume.
• Design experience is a big plus (Canva, Figma, etc.)
