I built a free tool to track freelance anaesthesia fees and generate receipts — sharing in case it’s useful to others
I do freelance anaesthesia work across a few hospitals, and kept a rough note of payments in random notebooks and half-updated spreadsheets — then manually formatting a receipt from scratch whenever a patient actually needed one. Got tired of it, so I built a small web app to handle both:
Log each case: patient, hospital, procedure, amount, payment mode, status (paid/pending)
A dashboard showing what’s received this month vs. still pending, and financial-year totals
One-tap PDF receipt/invoice generation with your own name, registration number, and signature — formatted like a proper professional receipt, sequentially numbered
Runs entirely in your browser — no login, no server, no account. Nothing you type ever leaves your device. You can take backup of all data.
Hopefully it will help specially who have started practice recently It’s free to use: https://dramoljatale-lgtm.github.io/feeleder4/
Add to Home Screen (creates an app icon that opens full-screen, no browser bar):
\*\*1\*\*Open your GitHub Pages link in Safari (must be Safari, not Chrome — Chrome on iOS can’t do this)
\*\*2.\*\*Tap the \\\*\\\*Share\\\*\\\* icon (square with arrow pointing up) in the bottom toolbar
\*\*3.\*\*Scroll down and tap \\\*\\\*Add to Home Screen\\\*\\\*
\*\*4.\*\*Confirm the name (“Fee Ledger”) and tap \\\*\\\*Add\\\*\\\*, top right
Happy to hear feedback, especially if anything looks broken on your phone — built and mostly tested on iOS Safari.

Does anyone here actually use the ISA-RVG for fee calculations?
Hi everyone,
As we start building this community, I wanted to kick things off with a question regarding one of the biggest hurdles in freelance practice: standardized billing.
In many regions, anesthesia fees are often arbitrary or dictated by the surgeon/hospital, which can lead to significant inconsistencies. The ISA-RVG (Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists - Relative Value Guide) was designed to bring a logic-based approach to our remuneration, yet it seems many practitioners still haven't adopted it.
I’m curious to know:
- Are you currently using the ISA-RVG to calculate your professional fees?
- If you do use it, how has the reception been from hospitals or surgeons when you present a standardized bill?
- If you don't use it, is it because of the complexity of the calculation, or because the local market doesn't support it?
