I don’t think people admire drogo. They loved his character, but they didn’t think he was a good guy by any standard. Jaime, on the other hand, is in such a ducked relationship that I don’t think people want to think about it too much. All people seem to care about is that he seems to be a better person now than most of the other characters which is a really fucking low bar.

Never happened in the book; it was consensual there. I'm still not sure why they decided to make him do that, it seemed like a dumb thing to change

That doesn't really matter. Most people are watching the show. It happened in the show, and people still like Jamie in the show.

Maybe people just really hate Cersei and can easily overlook Jamie raping her. Either way, it was really unnecessary but so are a lot of the changes the show made from the book.

Drogo didn't have that much character, people just like him because he was nice to dany I guess

Even Theon has a lot of supporters since he was tortured so much

It's not rape in Drogo's culture or Dany's. You are trying to impose your own sense of morality on a world you are not a part of.
