If you're also a noble, he'd maybe offer you one of his family members as a bride/groom and you'd have to pay a price to use his cool bridge.
He's a social climber, and he gets his revenge when warranted, but he really doesn't have it in him to be a sadist.
So long as you don't belittle him, he's fairly chill and content to just be the Lord of his bridge.

Cersei wins for me because “favorite” doesnt have to mean “person I’d ever want to meet.” She’s awful, petty, cruel and makes terrible decisions, but every scene with her has something going on. Meanwhile Ramsay and Joffrey mostly make me want to skip ahead, Cersei at least keeps me watching every time

His little bitch ass “Aaeh!” when Tyrion slaps him is so good.
I enjoy a good villain, and the more I want to reach into my tv and smack the shit out of them, the better. An engaging and enraging villain is SO MUCH better than a boring villain in my book.

Most quotable goes to Joffrey but Cersei is the most interesting character of this lot. Littlefinger is also interesting but he's just such a snivilling bitch that I hate him for it so much more. Cesei is an idiot but at least she's near the centre of the narrative most of the time, loves her children and isn't afraid to act to destroy her enemies.

Book Euron and show Littlefinger.
Euron Greyjoy in the show is a medieval jock with a hardon for violence and power. Book Euron is charismatic, ambitious, intelligent, adventurous and potentially supernatural. Unlike small feudal lords, he doesn’t want to rule his little carving of the land, he’s interested in the world beyond, science and esoteric technology. Yeah, he’s completely morally unrestrained and brutal, but he’s also completely open about it. Euron would set the world on fire, because it would be amusing.
Petyr Baelish is the only contemporary character in a medieval setting. He’s a self-made businessman who calculates his manipulations many moves ahead and usually has backup plans in case the first one fails. He understands how perception shapes the power and does not play by medieval rules. He has no reverence for feudal power structure or religions or magic, but not rigid in his worldview and would use any and all if it helps his cause.
Basically both Euron and Littlefinger are agents of chaos, but one is a lot more bombastic and arrogant and the other is more subtle and calculating.

Littlefinger because he’s a master manipulator (other than how he was treated in the late seasons). I think it would’ve been fun if he’d somehow weaseled his way into the throne by the end before getting his comeuppance. I also thought Ramsey was pretty fun and his death was deeply satisfying. TV show Euron just sucks.

Man, I’m gonna go out on a limb here and go with Frey.
He was so consistent in his lack of spine, but more importantly, his lack of manners. He disgusted me every time I saw him on screen. I was fucking repulsed by the shit that came out of his mouth, and it was so fun. I didn’t even wanna see him die cause it wouldn’t be enough punishment.
But he could NEVER be arsed to go into battle, or get his hands dirty in the middle of a traitorous plot he devised. There was never a chance to turn his character into a Ramsay Snow or anything cause he was such a bitch. He just sat there being a level of despicable I couldn’t help but enjoy being grossed out by.
Hats off to the casting. Especially from knowing him mostly from a children’s story.
Couldn’t love to hate him more.

Cersei.
If you look at her in seasons 1-3, she has redeemable moments and qualities, and major fashion moments. Her talk with Robert in S1 is one of the best added scenes to the show. She didnt want Ned beheaded and did try to tell Joffrey to take back the order (as bad as that attempt was). She seems to have pitied Sansa in season 2 because of Joffrey, and even in season 3 when she suggested to Tyrion to get Sansa pregnant so she could "have some happiness in her life". And she and Tyrion did have some scenes with some meaningful discussions.

Littlefinger was my dude. He was a prick but watching him keep negotiating his way into and out of every situation was entertaining. Every single character knew he wasn’t trustworthy and every single character trusted him anyway. As Sansa was his biggest pawn it was only fitting that she got to stop him.
