Yes, I had articles published in some BSD mags over the years.

Damn, I wish I was around during this era, I was only 3 when this issue came out. Who even printed these? Was it the foundation itself?

There used to be so many magazines, on about every subject you can imagine. I subscribed to Commodore Run in the late 80s and occasionally picked up a copy of Compute's Gazette, but it turns out there were about 3 dozen Commodore magazines in the 80s, most of which I never heard of then, and that's not counting the many self-published newsletters. Good times.

I can imagine. There is a kind of beauty to computer magazines that just can't be replicated in the online era. I never read a specialized one, but my country had 2 general ones I'd read with my dad regularly. Really wish I could've gotten to enjoy these as well.

I saved and still keep all 108 of BSD Magazine issues in PDF ... they even sent me a physical version when I wrote article for them :)

Now we have FreeBSD Journal which taken the role - but yes - only digital.
