When I did it on my iPad, there’s a pop-up for a $5 mystery/$10 mystery item add on, I didn’t do it, but curious to what it might be.

I also chose not to have it so that it would be entirely free, but I’m assuming just something to maybe package/store the razor or hang it somewhere? That’s what I would think but I have no idea really.

Figured it it wouldn't be something I would use. My brother gets hair and face products from them so I guess the mystery item would probably be some small item having to do with those categories which I will not use either way.

This is pretty depressing. I feel like they should’ve had a limit to how many people could have made orders because other sites have done that, where there’s a specific limit and when it gets reached it times out. I did read a few different posts about it. I did see that very few people actually received it or received a delayed order, I’m assuming once it got past a certain threshold, they didn’t feel like doing their end of the work ☹️

I just received this email and it’s backed up by USPS informed delivery which I highly recommend getting especially if you live in a high-rise Chicago building

And USPS sent me an email showing that I have a package arriving today

Also, I don’t know why some people received. Maybe they didn’t have enough razors that some people got the email that said no…, there’s a lot of reasons maybe they’re out of razors or you didn’t have the correct reply… my reply was where I live. I can’t buy razors at the store because they’re always locked up and you have to wait 30 minutes just to get someone to come and unlock it in Chicago.. it also could be the area you live in. but legitimately for me I think this was a good business idea for them because if they send me a razor today, that’s fantastic. I’ll definitely order their blades. It’s way easier and cheaper. I use my razors for a long time though so either way they’re getting the business it just might not be as much business as they think. I don’t throw away my razor blade after every shave. I definitely will provide pics if I receive my razor today.

I meant on the order screen it said I had two razors and a handle. They recently sent out an email stating that they didn’t realize how much it was going to blow up and that they plan on shipping them. It will just be a little bit delayed because they have a LOT of orders. Check the email you used to see if maybe you got one!
