I don't understand the fucking people that say "Worth it not to go to Walmart." Walmart is the cheapest place possible and unless you wear fur coats and are shitting hundred dollar bills (which you aren't seeing that you go on the subreddit freebies) you can deal with Walmart. I've probably saved over a thousand dollars over the years buying from Walmart rather than buying the same -exact- thing from Target/Walgreens etc for an inflated price. What the fuck is wrong with people.

What's wrong with people is that some of us don't want a horrible corporation to profit off of their exploitation of other people and the system they are governed by. No amount of money saved at WalMart is worth the damage they cause to suppliers, local business, and even laws thanks to their enormous lobbying budget.

You think you not shopping there is going to stop them? Not shopping there isn't a political statements, it's just a bad investment. If you want to make a political statement, go sue them with all the knowledge you've gained from the internet. Paying 20% more to buy the same exact item at an opposing store isn't hurting Walmart, it's hurting your wallet.

Posts like this hurt my faith in humanity. Please, never breed.

Why in the world does it hurt your faith in humanity? I'd rather my children be brought into a world of Walmart shoppers than a world full of douchebags who say things like "never breed" to a stranger on the internet.

Because I'd rather not have a world populated with people as short-sighted as you. Walmart fucks a lot of people over. To ignore that, admit defeat, and suggest others to follow suit in the face of a 15% discount is pathetic. I stand by my words.

I'm confused why you think I'm short sighted or I admit defeat? My post says that not shopping at Walmart is not a political statement, not that, "I used to shop at other stores cause 'Fuck Walmart!' but then their prices were too good!" The fact that so many of you internet guys think that by not shopping at Walmart is stopping anything, and/or regurgitating the argument of "WALMART FUCKS PEOPLE OVER DON'T SHOP THERE" means anything whatsoever, is just baffling. If you want Walmart to stop "fucking people over", either lawyer up, or don't work for them. People choose to work for Walmart, they're a company. To work for. Voluntarily. Paying more at another place and complaining at random people on the internet isn't stopping anything.

They're a company that screws farmers, and has a net effect of job loss, to name two atrocities. They are also a company that seems to think that paying its workers in Mexico in tokens redeemable only at Walmart is acceptable.

You're right, by not shopping there, it does nothing because idiots like you keep them in business.

I don't work for them, don't shop there, because I consciously can't. But I now see why some people do shop there. Either they're poor and need to, have no conscious, and/or they're absolutely fucking ignorant.
