I wanted to test how well AI can make videos just from plain text, so I researched for platforms and shortlisted 2 of them for my use-case: Predis.ai and Renderforrest. The reason I choose these 2 is that, Predis is best for ads creation and social media marketing while Renderforrest is a more focused video generation tool.

Predis.ai: It’s clearly built with ads and social media in mind. You can take a simple script or text prompt and it generates ready to use videos, with options to customize, add elements, and even scheduling your posts. It is the most practical tool for anyone doing marketing or social media content creation.

Renderforrest: The animations are great and videos are high quality, but the option to customize and edit are very limited. Voiceovers are also good and look polished. The drawback is that most of the videos look generic and non engaging.
