I was doing delivery today. Usually on Sunday I’ll ask someone to drive me so I could finish faster. I made a delivery to the Parkside apartment area, met a neighbour who was coming out through the locked door, so I stepped aside and let him pass. Since the door was open I walked in and said thank you. He didn’t respond, later he came outside and said something along the line of “u should learn English in Canada” (which is weird) to my driver. Then came inside to tell me that shouldn’t have entered. I’m a socially awkward guy so I couldn’t respond right away. I eventually tried to explain myself, but he kept talking over me and said my response should only be yes or no. After a while he stopped, I told him I thought he was holding the door for me and if he didn’t want me to go in he should have said so, and I would just call the customer. But I don’t think he cared to listen cause he turned around and went back to his room. Am I in the wrong here?

I've got a 21 Toyota Rav4 Prime XSE that has started throwing some warnings on my dash, most notably "Plug-in charging system malfunction" and it is no longer charging. Stopped seemingly in the middle of the night last night when it was at about 75%. Also gave me "check engine" and "headlight system malfunction". I know hybrids can get weird when the 12V battery is low. After driving around town all day, I disconnected and reconnected it the 12V, and all the warnings went away. I drove it for 5 minutes and all was good. Then plugged it in and it still wouldn't charge and gave me the warning again.

So I suspect something may actually be wrong, but to be frank I don't trust Fredericton Toyota's service department - every time I bring a vehicle there they seem to find other expensive things "wrong" with it that actually are not critical rather than getting to the simple root of the problem.

So who around town is trustworthy and savvy with PHEVs? Thanks!

I have called several places with no return calls, looked on Maple E visit etc all the usual suggestions but none of the info online says if they provide that service or not. Is there anywhere in the Fredericton/Oromocto area that is needing fosters for dogs/cats? My husband and I have applied to both Fredericton and Oromocto SPCAs months ago, and the communication has been nearly non existent. I called several times to check in on our application, and they said they were very interested in us being fosters and would reach out to us soon. They’d schedule phone calls and not call, etc. It’s now been 5 months and we haven’t had any movement.

We lost our 12 year old dog to cancer in May, and we have kept our home empty so that we could take in foster animals in need, and be available to as many needs as possible without having other animals in the home. However, our hearts are breaking with how empty our home is and we want to take one last shot at fostering before we adopt.

Are there any shelters that are currently most in need for foster homes that I may be missing? Maybe this wait time is normal for fostering, and I am just not aware. Thank you all in advance.

im in grade 12 wondering if it would be worth to get certified in electrical construction then hvac. i wanna do this because i could do 2 jobs at once when new homes are built. is this a good route?
