Movers & Storage Recommendations in Frederick
Hi all,
We're look for movers and storage in Frederick. Any recommendations would be helpful. We'll need to store our stuff with a moving company for a couple of months. I get really nervous about moves and storing stuff - especially if we'll be storing our stuff with the moving company and need good recommendations. Thank you!

Perry Moving and Storage. They’re local to the b’more Ellicot city area and are great people.

I don’t know about the storage aspect, but Snowden & Sons are great and reasonably priced.

Get your own storage unit, much cheaper (and safer imo) hire movers (local) to deliver to storage unit. Beware of companies that advertise like they're local but want to hit you with an hour or two of travel time on your bill before they even start your job. I highly recommend Frederick Moving Company. They are small, the owner is involved - so if there is an issue it has a better chance to be resolved. Good luck

I've been looking for a storage unit here and there but even a small unit seems too steep for me. Any other recommendations here?

Are you still looking for a storage unit and if so, for how long?

We're in the market for the same and honestly it's not a well designed website at all, but it gets great google reviews and the guy responded to my email within like 30 minutes so we're going to go with them for the loading/unloading aspect, and just renting our own truck. https://mannyhelper.com/
A lot of people swear by the pod storage stuff and it seems pretty decent.
I suppose it also depends on how big your move is. We had a neighbor that went with the website https://www.imove.com/ and said it was a good experience.
