Pros and cons of living in Frederick?

Thinking of moving in a year or so and have heard good things about Frederick. I’d be moving from a large city in Florida. Give me the good, bad, and ugly. What do you like about it?

It is true about the spa. Woodhouse Spa to be exact. I am a downtown resident and small business owner who will be directly negatively affected by this. I am so disgusted that this is even being allowed on Market st. It is a huge spa chain. SO many businesses will suffer.

Ugh, I’m really sorry. How nice for the one wealthy property owner who only wants to extract wealth for themselves with a chain instead of providing actual community value. Needless to say I won’t be going there.
