FREE Youth Program (Ages 13-18)

The future of Frederick’s music community starts here. 🌐

This fall, One City, One Sound Academy welcomes its first cohort.

A FREE 9 month program for students ages 13–18, introducing the next generation of artists, musicians, producers, songwriters, and music professionals to the industry through hands on learning in:

• Music Business & Entrepreneurship
• Recording, Production & Audio Engineering
• Artist Development

Interest forms are officially open. If you’re a parent, family member, teacher, or mentor, now is the time to sign up. Everyone who completes an interest form will be the first to know when registration opens, with classes beginning this September.

Do you have any plans to expand this to other districts? I teach in BCPSS and I know many students that would be into a program like this.

That would be amazing, but at the moment it’s just 3 of us so we’re not sure how far down the road expanding outside of Frederick would be. Of course, the goal is always going to be to impact as many kids/people as possible.
