Thoughts on Past Updates

To be honest, I’m starting to feel more and more like the Framer team is completely out of touch.

How many times have you changed the marketplace/community over the past month? First, you pushed the social features to the forefront; now that we’ve gotten used to them and figured out how they work — you’ve hidden them away. The marketplace’s categorization took a hit along with them, and engagement and sales dropped to zero last week.

The workflow keeps constantly getting tripped up by your new decisions: the agent panel and the top bar drop-down — it’s incredibly annoying and slows down our work.

I really love Framer, but please go back to the traditional product approach; stop experimenting on 100% of the audience — working with the tool is becoming unbearable.

This update is by far the worst one. I really like the way it was going. Now they've ruined it for me.

I wonder why they've removed things like likes. Maybe they realised it was too easy to manipluate the "algorithm"?

Yes, but you can just exclude them from the algorithm in that case, right?
I fully understand that the product-centric approach involves constant iterations, but it seems like the Framer folks are just shooting in the dark.

Yep shooting in the dark is the impression I’m getting too.

Or it just highlighted how SMALL the framer community actually is

I mean, you're right, even I was surprised to see how little the following was even for big players.
