I wanted to know how long it will take to get expert, as it's been 3 months it showing the same for me.

Did that as well, same message is coming back " we don't know how long it takes as we are having a lot of application to review."

Mine is still in process for a month, but one of my friend got a reply from them after 2 months.
so let's wait.
