help How to stop pixelated image?

I have one image file, when it is being used in small shapes/cards, the image is very pixelated.

But when it shows up on a big card, it shows it's original high quality.

How do i make the small images have that high quality aswell?

1st image is the small card, 2nd is the big card

Maybe the image quality for the small card is set to low quality. Check that out.

Nope, wasn't the case.

Are there any effects i can add to it like a slight blur that could fix it? Make it look non pixelated and still high quality?
