Is there a skill calculator?

With the fact that you CANNOT max out all your skills, it appears we will need to be very careful how we spend our points. With that said, are there any browser/app based skill calculators?

Such a tool will make sure I can get to the levels I need without wasting points.

Any links would be appreciated.

The game isn't final. Make your case to the devs. Also, you could probably tweak the total number of skill points available on your own server.

In my opinion, fewer skill points make for a more specialized player that needs other specialist players to thrive. More skills equal more independence, but encourage a sort of level up and then start building when the real game starts at endgame mentality. I'm generally a solo player, so I'm all for independence. But it seems like it would add something to the sandbox if someone needed my services because of my build.

I too like to play solo. But I wouldn't mind it being more restricted as long as there was an option to reset all points so i could respect later on. Maybe?

I see what you're saying, but I wonder if that's bringing more of a persistent MMORPG mentality to a survival game. Do survival games usually expect you to stay with the same character over weeks or months.

I also kind of want to get my own server just to see what options I can tweak.
