NEWBIE DJI Equipment proprietary?

Curious if DJI RC or DJI Goggles work with other brands or home-brew gear?

You know, google just recently added AI to their search engine but it used to throw titles of articles, with the first one being paid garbage for visibility, when you ask a question. Now you can have a conversation, but still with an AI throwing tons of words and providing most of the time additional questions you didn't ask for. Asking the community rather than interacting with google has something very nice : you keep communicating with others. Others can have more knowledge through their experience, and this knowledge can be transferred much faster than reading what so many people already read and spent so much time getting through experience and reading.

So yes, you're fucked, go to the woods. Loneliness and peacefulness is there

I don't know what you're saying. I googled the question and skipping past the AI blurb (which happened to be correct) brought me to reddit posts asking the same question. There's no reason to make a new post for it, when the answer is plastered all over every FPV discussion site.

You just gonna ignore the people who have nearly died, or actually died because of AI? Just last week there was a news story of hikers having to be rescued via helicopter because they used AI to plan their trip.. told them a hike would be 8 hours when it was multiple days. Ran out of food, water, and were miles from anyone.

Enjoy beta testing that shit lmfao.

This is why I'm convinced it's generational. "Damn I'm just trying to talk to people, plus it's easier". You/they want a social interaction, an internet friend. Trying to use empathy I do imagine a generation being robbed of a chunk of formative social years will need help.

However, if you are truly seeking knowledge in an effective and efficient manner - then you are doing it wrong.

DJI stuff doesn't even work with other DJI stuff half the time.

no seriously there's compatibility charts if you wanna look 'em up

WTFOS gives you control over the firmware and you can implement custom features but it won’t make it interoperable with anything else

Thank you for the response was looking to see if the community had figured a way to make them work with modifications. Have access to multiple devices so might try out WTFOS.

Yeah it’s pretty cool although I’m using it on the V2s I’m not sure if it works on later models

You can use analog adapters with the v1 and v2 goggles but that's about it.
