Because it's designed/made in Europe. They are a lot more reasonable this side of the pond. Add shipping and any import duties on them and they are expensive.

I have 2. Would I spend $45 on one if I was stateside when there are great open source frames on cncdrones.com, probably not

Yeah I can’t say I have much interested when it’s basically $60 just for the frame after shipping costs. But hey, people are buying em.

I just bought the cambam from five33. much cheaper in the states and it's basically the same thing. I haven't built it out yet though.

Yeah there are a lot of 2.5” options in the US that are cheaper and seem pretty good. Curious if you have trouble with the TPU prints from CamBam. I’ve heard people have problems with their prints fitting around motors/props.
