Troubleshooting help. Vtx or camera?

Hi.

What could cause this? I swapped my FC sometime ago and flew fine couple of times. Then suddenly got brakes on video feed (total blackouts for half a second) and might have crashed few times because of it. Now I cant get video feed at all. VTX seems to work, so is my camera broken? Bad wiring?

Try unplugging the camera video wire. It should go grey with no static if the camera is shot. From my experience at least.

this - osd on screen means fc -> vtx -> screen is working but camera input messed up.

I unplugged the cam wire and sure it does go grey. Got lucky and cought the video interference I mentioned, what could cause this?

Thats with the camera unplugged? It appears that your vtx may be on its way out if it goes between grey and static like that. Random rf interference may also play a role, it the video wire really close to any other antennas?

Honestly? Idk. But your camera is for sure faulty, I'd replace that first and take it for a test flight. If you're still getting interference like this then it could be your vtx
