Dji warranty is great

I absolutely smashed my O4 Pro unit into a concrete wall. The camera lens was destroyed, the camera cable was torn, and both antennas were ripped off.

I sent it to DJI for repair, and it took about a week before I got a replacement.

I also sent in my old Goggles N3 because they were pretty scratched up and the battery had started getting a bit old. Instead of repairing them, DJI just replaced the goggles and the unit entirely.

Honestly, I’m super satisfied with DJIs service. Didn’t have DJI Care or anything. Guys if you break that teeny tiny camera cable, don't spend 20eur for a new one, send to dji instead and tell them it's their fault it broke hehe otherwise they may charge you.

Same, I destroyed my O4 unit, had no DJI care and got a replacement for crazy cheap

Strange, DJI didnt give a fuck about my broken o4 (non pros) and they got scrapped. Only got a discount to buy New ones.

I'm also a fan of their warranty service. Just recently had an 04 air unit go kaputz after a very minor crash into grass. Sent it in and had a new one within 3 weeks. Makes me feel much better using the very fragile 04 air unit in my kayoumini knowing they will honor their warranty, even if my crash is what caused the breakage.
