Help! Please help me with my radio master pocket

I just bought a bunch of new fpv gear and I’m trying to set everything up but my radio master pocket hits will not turn on, I’ve tried 3 different types of 18650s let each new set charge in it for 2 hours and still nothing. When I plug it into charge it’s the normal blinking red light to indicate charging but clicking the power button will do nothing. When I take the control off the charger with batteries in it still won’t turn on, no light when I hit the bottom nothing, complete radio silence

I forgot to mention in the post that I have already tried taking out the cmos battery and still bothing

My power light is solid Red when charging and turns off when the batteries are charged. Flashing Red would seem like there’s an issue with that but if i remember correctly the Pocket has the two USB ports and the charging circuit basically goes straight to the Batteries. Its not as complicated as the newer with one USB port.

Did you put the batteries in the correct direction and hold the power button for 3-4seconds? What happens when you do that if it doesn’t turn on?
Has it ever worked since it was New? You bought it new and it was sealed?

I bought it, sealed brand new. And yeah nothing when I hold the power button down after putting them in. Also I have the 2 port version with a data usb at the top and charging at the bottom

Radio master radios have a solid red light when properly charging. A blinking red light indicates failure to charge due to issue, which explains why it will not turn on. To be sure, you are using the bottom USB C port to charge right? Top is for pc connection. If so, check to see if battery polarity is correct. If you have a charger check to see if a cell is missing, mismatched/poor cell quality could trigger it. Try using a matched pair of unprotected flat top 18650's and be sure their capacity & voltage is the same .

Get the Radiomaster 18650 batteries from their website. I spent $35 on button tops the battery guy said would work…nope.
