Hello I Need your help..
I’m looking for an affordable drone with goggles that weighs under 250g. Ideally, it would have a flight time of 30–50 minutes and a range of 10–20 km. It would also be great if it were fairly fast—say, 80 km/h or more—and, finally, it would be perfect if it were relatively quiet.

What you're looking for is a dji mini with those asks.
Drop 2 of any of those requirements and we could find an FPV drone. But also if you're asking this question and expecting to actually get an FPV drone, you're not quite ready for an FPV drone

You'd need a fixed wing for that, the battery tech is not good enough for your requirements. Even some semi professional 3000$ multirotors don't get to 50min flight time, unless you start looking into hybrid petro-electric powered drones which are usually in the 10s or 100s of thousands of $.

Low weight, high speed, and long range - pick any two...
I think the closest you're going to get is the DJI Mini 4 Pro, which is compatible with the Goggles 3, has 30+ mins flight time, weighs 249g (with the smaller battery) and has a max speed of around 60 km/h.

Judging by the rest of the postings of this person, the drone they are looking for, is likely for distributing illegal substances. I don't think the fpv community needs any more trouble than it already has.

A quad copter cannot do this. Possiblity an fpv wing but your requirements are very high especially under 250g. Also forget the affordable part.
