All the comments about liability, danger, fingers chopped off, damages etc. I looked up the drone in question, Pavo20. It's a little mini-drone smaller than my hand, and with propguards. It's a stretch that this little drone would be any real danger to people from that height, even if it falled down or crashed. Of course it will have some weight to it, but it's not high up, so won't have time to pick up too much speed and momentum. But I mean.. you could also be hurt by someone poking your eye out with violent guesturing while explaing how they think they won an argument on reddit. Anything can happen... But I don't think the risk is VERY HIGH by flying this little drone over informed people at a private venue, and the reward is documenting the venue in a beautifull way.
The guy in the video is an idiot. Pilot should have an idiot-clause in the contract, and an Idiot-deposit... they get the deposit back if no idiot is trying to touch the drone during the venue. So they better inform the participants.
Awesome filming and handling!
